Chiraben is a Project Proteus assassin. He is an egotistical man who tries to be professional, but his temper sometimes gets the best of him. He never really cared about his looks, but he is always impeccably dressed. His glowing green eyes seldom blink and are usually hidden behind dark, expensive glasses.
