Boudica Fletcher is the Groundskeeper and Chief Custodian of the Charmbridge Academy. She took up the post in November 2009 after the death of Libby Gale. She is "a large, intimidating woman" who "wore colorful robes of dyed wool." She speaks "in a surprisingly melodic voice." In December 2009, she found Alexandra Quick in the Charmbridge basement with a Time-Turner. In September 2010, she and Professor Shirtliffe belatedly came to Quick's aid after a murder of crows attacked the ninth-grader on the Invisible Bridge.
