Jamie Burke (born 15 October 1980 in Cherry Point, North Carolina) is an American rugby union player. Jamie Burke began playing rugby in 1998 at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, where she went on to earn All-American Honors in 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003. In 2003, Burke won the prestigious Woodley Award, given to the top collegiate player in the country. She made her debut for the USA National Team in 2004 against the New Zealand Black Ferns and has played in both the 2006 and 2010 Women's Rugby World Cups. She was one of the team captains at the 2010 World Cup.
