Wands of cold are wands that, when "z"apped, fire a cone of cold in any of the eight directions. If the player is standing right next to water and casts the spell over it, an ice bridge of one square is created. They can be zapped at the player, also. This will make them take significant damage unless they have intrinsic cold resistance or immunity. This wand has a range of 16/8/6 for B/U/C respectively. Additional 1 range is added for each 5 character levels.
