Bob Grossbeard is the President of the Quahog Oil Refinery. He only appears in "It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One". He bribes Mayor Adam West with hair gel so he could dump waste into Lake Quahog. After Lois Griffin wins the election for Mayor to stop these actions, he bribes her with the opportunity to pay for an expensive fur coat to allow them to resume dumping. Although Lois resigns as Mayor over the incident, West resumes the job of Mayor and presumably continues to allow the dumping.
