Helbareim Alanasker was in 1373 DR the king of Ormpur, the Lapaliiyan town holy to Tiamat. He came to power by overthrowing Queen Maerildarraine who, in 1306 DR, had rebelled against Tiamat and killed her father. Helbareim defeated the heretic queen with the help of the church of Tiamat but at the price of falling under the power of the Overking of Lapaliiya.
