Shougo Kukiyama (久木山 翔吾, Kukiyama Shōgo) is Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator. He participated in the Auction mopping-up operation as a member of the Atou squad. After the operation, he was found fainted in the ladies' room after encountering Seidou Takizawa. This indicates that he was a survivor.
