Khob was a male Suliban who worked as a medic. In 2385 he was recruited by Lieutenant Colonel Jan Kincade to work as the medic for the Active Four special operations team. When several members of the team turned against Kincade due to her illegal actions, Khob was locked in the infirmary of the SS Snipe by the Bynars One-One and Zero-Zero.
