Poglavnik was a political position of the Darkon State, a fascist government that ruled by the Mid Rim planet of Darkon III for thousands of years. The Poglavnik, in theory, was kept in check by the Prime Minister and the Darkon State Council, but in reality, had nearly absolute power. He also was the commander-in-chief of the Darkon Army and the Darkon Air Force.
