Mrs. Johnson was a mortal who owned Camp Skylark, a summer camp outside of San Francisco. The Halliwell sisters attended the camp as children and Patty Halliwell was killed there by the Water Demon in 1978. She was ultimately killed by the same demon 20 years later.
