Vorkalloner was a Vor citizen of the planet Barrayar and the Barrayaran Imperium who served in the Barrayaran Imperial Service's space fleet, rising to the rank of Admiral. He later became an Imperial Auditor. Miles Vorkosigan considered him to be a bit too conservative for his tastes. A relative of Vorkalloner served as Count in the Council of Counts as a member of the Conservative Party.
