(c) 1965. High waisted dress, with dart fitted bodice and four section gathered skirt, has applied bias band tied in bow at high waistline seam. Dress may be sleeveless or have long set-in sleeves closed at wrists with zippers. Dress with or without sleeves may have smocking at top of skirt, or bias self-fabric tie belt worn at waistline of dress with sleeves. Transfer and instructions for smocking are included in pattern. All views have interfaced neckline and left side zippers.
