Pliskavos was a town in northern Kubrat which lay across the Astris river from the country of Khatrish. During the Kubrat War with the Empire of Videssos, the town was garrisoned by soldiers from Halogaland commanded by Harvas Black Robe. Videssian emperor Krispos besieged the town and ultimately captured it, ending the war.
