Darth Ryuk was a Shinigami from Shinnyland who found everything incredibly boring and, for this reason, decided to become a Sith Mega-Super-Overlord. Not satisfied with this, Ryuk decided to unleash chaos on the galaxy by leaving his Darth Note, a notebook with the power to kill people and destroy planets, behind for some poor bastard to find. Light Yagami eventually found the note and became Ryuk's apprentice, under the name of Darth Kira. Together, Ryuk and his new apprentice destroyed many planets and killed lots of people so that they could rule over the entire galaxy, even gaining control of the Sesame Street Frigate at one point.
