Mike Santomiere was a sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department. During the manhunt for Jack Bauer following his escape from the Federal Holding Facility, Santomiere called U.S. marshal Dan Pascal to report that a car had been reported stolen from DeLeone Avenue, not far from the prison.
