In 21 BBY, a year after the start of the Clone Wars, an order came out to train clones for assassination purposes. Due to their obvious appearance, a Clone Assassin would most definitely be spotted. Clone Intelligence began to engineer a series of devices that would help to hide their appearance. Jango Fett disagreed with the idea, stating that the clones would become independent. None the less, the Clone Intelligence designed and completed the Changeling Collection.
