The Frozen Factory Expansion contains all T4 machines. This is first DLC that adds additional machines and major concepts to the game. The Frozen Factory Expansion is built around the Climate Control Centre, the new Central Power Hub of T4. Unlike in the base game, the Climate Control Centre is built where the player desires it to be build. The Frozen Factory takes place after the base game, while certain machines could make it easier to finish the base game, the majority of the base game will be finished before the player attempts to start T4.
