Kathleen "Bird" York is an American actress, singer and songwriter. She started acting in her late teens and is primarily known as a character actress due to her ability to disappear into the roles she plays. She is also an accomplished songwriter and recording artist. Her music can be heard in such film and television shows as Seven Pounds, "House", "American Idol", "CSI New York", "Nip/Tuck", "Everwood" and dozens of other film and television projects.
