David Hulan is a modern-day Oz author. He wrote the 1995 novel The Glass Cat of Oz. He also wrote the 2003 book Eureka in Oz, which is available online. Hulan's stories have appeared in Oziana — including "A Princess of Oz" (1995), "The Gauds of Oz" (1998), and "A Bungled Kidnapping in Oz" (2004). Hulan served on the Board of Directors of The International Wizard of Oz Club from 1999 to 2001.
