Loraine Marshall is an illustrator and animator who has been in the industry for over twenty years. She provided the illustrations for the Mr. Perkins Storytime segments where she adapted Railway Series illustrations by Reginald Payne, C. Reginald Dalby, John T. Kenney, Gunvor and Peter Edwards. Other credits include Channel 4's "The Snowman and The Snowdog", "Ebb and Flo", "The Wind in the Willows (1995)" and CITV's "Horrid Henry".
