The empire was founded as a result of German expantionalism. Germany had grown to dominate, and needed to find a way to keep its empire from immediate collapse. They decided to create the GDAFGEONEATTI to foster to the demands if Pan Germanics aswell as to gain approval from other, Non-German ethnics who were Germanic. The Germanics of the empire welcomed this, but the Non-Germanics were violently oppressed.
