William Franklin (born October 13, 1985) is a gridiron football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Missouri. Franklin has also been a member of the Detroit Lions, Oakland Raiders, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Las Vegas Locomotives.
