Alfredas Hofmanas was a Lithuanian hockey player. He took part in two games with the Lithuanian National Team at the 1938 World Championship. He was a multi-talented sportsman who also played football for Saulys Marijampole FC and basketball for LGSF Kaunas. Hofmanas was a member of the 9th Lithuanian Army regiment.
