Art Crowley is the proprietor of Mayberry's grocery store (later to become Foley's Grocery) and is frequently seen in Floyd's Barbershop. He is played by actor Frank Warren in five episodes of The Andy Griffith Show. He is usually seen wearing a hat. He was also sworn in as a deputy (badge #2) while the town welcomed a guest of honor.
