Ciscresia, Cis-Cresia, or Greater Cresia, is a term indicating the region previously under the Cresian Empire that is not traditionally Cresian-speaking. The extent of Ciscresia coincides mostly with the Cresian Empire beyond Cresia Proper during the reign of Cresia XVII. Ciscresia is an exonym—meaning near Cresia, it derives its name from its position with respect to the Vendian Empire. Greater Cresia and is a term used by historians to distinguish the Cresian Empire before and after the reign of Cresiana IX.
