Satsui is a tall, blue skinned man with long, white, hair. Satsui looks like the typical fishman, albeit not inheriting webbed hands and feet. Satsui has a tail resembling that of a sharks, and many fins all along his upper-body, such as shoulders and forearms. Satsui's attire consists of no shirt, revealing tattoos along his chest. Regular knee length blue pants with a white cloth around them, and no shoes.
