[Source] The APNG3, also known as the Conner Antipersonnel Net Gun, was manufactured by Conner Ship Systems. It was developed specifically for capturing humanoid-sized targets. It was attachable to personal armor and was often mounted on the forearm. An electrical discharge could be released through the net to paralyze or, alternatively, kill the opponent. The APNG3 was a popular choice among bounty hunters.
