C.H.L.O.E., also known as The Spire, is a double helix pillar seen at the end of Minecraft - "Shadow of Israphel" Part 33: The Deepcore, and throughout most of "Shadow of Israphel" Part 34: The Spire. The pillar has a Hellgate located at the top.
