Mina Shatter Storm is a mesmer boss who is part of the Am Fah guild and is found in the eastern area of the Undercity, except during Chasing Zenmai quest. Mina is the Jade Brotherhood's #4 most wanted member of the Am Fah, believed to be responsible for killing an entire 'Brotherhood recruiting class'.
