Item Carrier (アイテムキャリアー Aitemu Kyariā?) is a flying Mechaniloid from Mega Man X4 that carries an item box with a large Life Energy. It doesn't attack and only appears once in the stage when X or Zero are with low health. Item Carriers show up in any stage of the game. If the carrier robot is destroyed, it will drop the item box.
