Bernadette Watson aka "Bernie" was a drug addict and also the sister of drug mule Devon Watson. She and her pimp, Nick Kerry attempted to get the shipment of drugs from Devon's body but he died before that could happen. The two then went to the morgue, taking Anthony DiNozzo and Dr. Jeanne Benoit hostage in the process. Despite their best efforts, Nick and Bernie were forced to surrender when DiNozzo threatened to shoot Nick although Bernie was seen snorting drugs from her brother's body. It's presumed that both Nick and Bernie were both arrested and jailed.
