Leilana was a female Phindian and the lover of Jayn, a mercenary during the Galactic Civil War. Leilana tried to persuade Jayn to retire from mercenary work and to settle with her on the planet Phindar, but Jayn kept putting the idea off until he finished the next job. Leilana died at some point without seeing Jayn settle into a peaceful life. In honor of her, Jayn name his ship Leilana's Dagger.
