Freddy Garcia is Isabella Garcia-Shapiro's cousin from Mexico. He moved right next door to Daisy and Didi's house. When he first arrived to Danville, he didn't know much English, so he relied mainly on Daisy for translations. As time progrssed, he grew a strong friendship with her, which caused him to like Daisy as more than a friend.
