Matthew Falce was a male human in Starfleet in the 24th century. In 2376, he held the rank of lieutenant, and was stationed at Starbase 24. Along with Ensign Hilary McKenna, he piloted the USS St. Lawrence, transporting Ambassadors Spock and Worf from the starbase to Khitomer, and was subsequently abducted by Malkus the Mighty to Narendra III.
