Rashel was a freed slave taken into hiding by the scientist Coser. Portrayed by Candace Glendenning. Rashel was a bond-slave at the Federation's Weapons Development Base, taken by Coser to the unnamed planet on which he hid. She found it hard to adjust to her freedom and annoyed Coser by continually addressing him as "sir", despite his insistance she should not. She later seized IMIPAK and marked Servalan with it, allowing Blake to escape. She remained behind with a Blake clone and the weapon.
