Morticia Augusta Carrow (née Rosier) (b. 2 September 1951) was a pure-blood witch of the Rosier family; a family part of the Sacred Twenty-Eight. She is the only child of Franciscus and Benedicta Rosier (née Bulstrode), and half-brother of Evan Rosier. Already not happy that his first child was a girl, Morticia's father only became angry after it was discovered that her mother could not produce anymore children. He then promptly annulled the marriage and remarried.
