Detective Mr. Risk, known as "the man who knows no fear," makes himself available to those in peril, especially when the case involves something beyond the norm. While he has no powers, he is a good fighter, highly intelligent, and, of course, a master of disguise. He is assisted by his faithful companion Abdul.
