Nilfur's Boast are Legendary boots in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. They require character level 60 to drop. The unique affix increases the damage of Meteor (regardless of rune), and boosts it even further against foes in small numbers. The increase in damage is applied by an independent multiplier and not additively such as a regular +15% Meteor damage affix. For Meteor Shower rune, the damage bonus is calculated separately for each impact. Visually, these boots match the Tal Rasha's Elements set.
