The BO-AT (pronounced: bow-at) or Buoyancy Operated Aquatic Transport was the "new" invention Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz wanted to market when he planned on flooding Danville. Described as being like a car that can drive on water, the BO-AT was really just a motorboat. His scheme was to open the Danville Dam and create a city like Venice, Italy or, according to him, to a lesser extent, Venice, California so that people would have to buy his BO-AT.
