The Proxima Centauri Interplanetary Bowling League (and their marching band) was a bowling organization in the Federation, home-based at Proxima Centauri. Personnel from the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation signed a certificate naming Ira Graves as "humanoid of the year" in gratitude for his contributions to the league and band.
