Dispersed from the user vessel and cascading across underground is a tremendous volume of chakra, as it spread it materializes a large body of water, and explodes out the ground with immense force. Not only ripping a terrain apart without mercy, but collapsing it's surface and causing it to plummet at great depth; thus, creating a crater that expands in a 300 meter radius, and sinks to 50 meters deep. The creation process of such a marvelous thing takes up to 15 seconds, but once done the user will be granted a large body of water at their despoil. This technique was originally created by Niwa Sozo, but most recently he had taught it to several of his villagers. An epic feat this is for the average Water user, but for a master it's a mere simple feat. Yoi came to learn the technique while
