CTOS Breaches are side missions in Watch Dogs. The goal is to hack 5 CTOS boxes within a time limit. The time limit starts after you hack the first box. Finding the boxes involves using cameras and climbing obstacles. After hacking the last box, an audio log is given to Aiden.
