Rain-Falls-Up was a pro-human Red Talon Ragabash who joined the Sept around 2003. Though she kept to the woods, she was not unfamiliar with human speech and human ways. She was a eager teacher of wolf ways to Garou unfamiliar with such things. Some time after leaving the Sept, she joined Moonlit Woods and had a pack there of other "liberal" Red Talons who were against the extermination of the human race. She's given birth to several Talon kinfolk as well as at least one Garou, a Philodox named Monkey-Brain. She is currently Adren in rank.
