Phil is the former secondary antagonist of the 2011 film, Hop. Throughout the film, he aids the Head Chick Carlos in his plan to overthrow Mr. Bunny as the ruler of Easter but reforms at the end of the film and becomes the new head chick at The Easter Factory. He is voiced by Hank Azaria (who also voices Carlos).
