Joanne Fletcher (played by Nora Dunn) was the wife of Morris Fletcher and mother of Chris and Terry. She and her husband had a very strained relationship that was made worse when Fletcher and Agent Mulder swapped identities. Joanne attempted to repair their failing marriage, but Mulder failed to assist and made things worse,
