Michael S. Bolton is an American actor and art director who played Mortimer Perry in Final Destination 2, but was never seen in the movie, so it can be assumed the scene was cut. He was also the production designer for FD2. Other films that he was the production designer of include The Muppet's Wizard of Oz, White Noise and Christmas Cottage.
