Fox Prime is a cable-only 24-hour gerenal entertainment channel that serving Australia, New Zealand and South America, owned by Fox International Channels. On September 1st, 2015, CER2 (now known as CER Two; owned by KCER Media) decided to discontinue offer the international version in favor of a new commercial channel CBN for a Asia audience, and a new commercial-free preschool and family channel CER Two Europe for our European audiences (based on CER Two's commercial-free format), and on that date, it rebrands the channel as Fox Prime.
