These characters appeared to be a male & female duo of space-adventurers who, according to the explanation on the cover of Planet Comics #68 (which was their only appearance), arrived on the 9th Moon of an unknown planet. The description of the 9th Moon inhabitants being "synthoids" would seem to imply that the silver man firing on them is synthetic of some type (possibly a robot or artificial human character).
