Anemone Kyla Suzumiya is a human/vestal hybrid. She comes to Earth frequently to visit her father, Mr. Suzumiya. She first found Milotic when she almost drowned in a lake. Milotic asked her that if she can be her guardian bakugan. She said yes and both of them stuck together until the end.
