Henar Vygulf was an outrider in the Letherii Army and was of Bluerose ancestry from a family of horse breeders. He had been attached to Drene Garrison during the Awl Campaign serving as liaison with the Bluerose Lancers, his former regiment. He was the tallest, biggest soldier in Brys Beddict’s army. He was known to ride at a torrid pitch and hated crowds and enclosed spaces. After meeting him, Brys had him attached to his own staff and promoted to Lance Corporal, the first such promotion for a Bluerose-born soldier.
